Her love for holistic nutrition was kindled in her father's memory.
Meek lost her father, Timothy Patrick Sr. in 2019 and has always had a passion for whole foods and clean nutrition. Once her father passed, her business grew as she realized the need in our community to educate and allow access to healthier supplements to our bodies. She also discovered she had a hormone imbalance also known as Pcos . After miscarriage , low fertility and doctors saying it was a small percentage she can ever carry her on child . She naturally balanced her hormones through fasting and other changes . She just gave birth to her healthy baby boy in summer of 2025. Now wanting to share her journey to help others
She works through teaching about exotic fruit, teas, herbs, and natural skin care products. These products show people how to cleanse and know what a positive change can happen by being aware of what goes into your body through food and supplement nutrition as well as absorption through the skin.
With a holisitc nutrition certificate and schooling for clean cosmetics and skin care, she is well equipt and knowledgable on the soaps she provides to her clients. Meek's business has helped her through the grieving process by allowing her to help people that want to live happier and healthier.
